Our return postage costs include insurance cover for £500 and packaging costs. If further insurance is needed, we shall discuss this with you prior to shipping back.

For larger items:

Return costs apply whether we repair your device or not. If shipping back to Europe or Worldwide, additional costs will be incurred.
