Description

Need your device repaired? How it works:

1. Select your repair service from the list below. Please enter your details and complete an order.
2. Please write your order ID on the package so we can track your order when it arrives with us.
3. You’ll need to ship your device to us at your cost. Sorry!
4. Repairs will take approx 3-7 working days, depending on the fault.
5. We will contact you when repairs are completed and take payment.
6. We ship your repaired device back to you!

Additional charges?

We charge an initial, non-refundable deposit to secure parts and time allocated to your repair.

The deposit cost is fully deductible from the final repair bill, should you wish to proceed. If you decide not to continue with the repair, we keep the deposit as our time spent on your device and parts restocking costs.
