Why do I need to book an appointment?

We get very busy throughout the day. Without an appointment, you could be waiting for a very long time. No one enjoys waiting around!

Some repairs may not be listed as such repairs require more time to complete. Please contact us with your specific repair requirements.

Why do I need to pay a deposit?

We charge an initial, non-refundable deposit to secure parts and time allocated to your repair. Parts are extremely expensive if an appointment is not kept. Unused parts cost us variable restocking fees as well as return postage costs.

Note: Deposits are currently payable on iPhone, iPad & Mac repairs only.

The deposit cost is fully deductible from the final repair bill, should you wish to proceed. If you miss your appointment or decide not to continue with the repair, we keep the deposit as our time spent on your device and parts restocking costs.

	Book While You Wait iPhone Repair Most common repairs are completed within 30-60 mins. We charge an initial £10 non-refundable deposit to secure parts and time allocated to your repair.
	Book same-day iPad Repair Most common repairs are completed within 2-3 hours. We charge an initial £10 non-refundable deposit to secure parts and time allocated to your repair.
	Book same-day MacBook Repair Most common repairs are completed within 2-4 hours. We charge an initial £40 non-refundable deposit to secure parts and time allocated to your repair.
