iPhone Booking Repair Deposit

Why is there a booking repair deposit cost? We need to charge an initial non-refundable deposit to secure parts and time allocated to your repair. The deposit cost is fully deductible from the final repair bill, should you wish to proceed. If you miss your appointment or decide not to continue with the repair, we keep the deposit as our time spent on your device and parts restocking costs.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST MAKE PAYMENT. If you skip payment or payment is not made, your appointment will not be confirmed on our system and your appointment will not be made even if you receive a booking confirmation.
Limitations:
iPhone screen repair – When we fit an iPhone 11 screen and upwards, your iPhone will display a notification for a limited period of time. This is normal for an after-market display and not a defect. You can read more by clicking here.
iPhone battery replacement – For iPhone 11 models and onwards: Although we fit brand new batteries, due to Apple’s recent updates this replacement battery will not display battery health in the “Battery” settings on the iPhone. You may also see messages within the first 15 days regarding this. Please note that this is not a defect.
