Received a top quality service of a highly skilled technician, would definitely recommend Apple repairs kent. Philip was a genuinely honest and helpful gentleman, delivering a first rate service.

Philip was fantastic today. I woke up this moring to find my iphone stuck on a black screen and just the apple logo. I went to a repair place near my work who said it needed to be reset and I would loose everything on it. No other option. This was also going to cost me £50. I found Apple Repairs Kent on google and called them and spoke to Philip. He said bring it in and he will take a look. I left it with him for about an hour. Came back to collect it and he had managed to rest it completely, without loosing anything on it. All for just £20. I am so grateful for this. Philip was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend and use again in future. Thank you Philip you made my day.

Iphone 15 frozen after trying to restore, easy to book an appointment which is recommended. Took less than half an hour for software to be reinstalled and iphone back to perfect working order. Very reasonable cost too, was expecting more. Would definitely recommend.

Messaged Phil yesterday to book in for an iPad battery replacement booked in for 9am today dropped it in Phil tested it before agreeing the battery wasn’t holding charge ,he phoned lunchtime saying ready for collection he is a very nice gentleman and has done a 1st class job I would highly recommend him in the future

The screen on my phone suddenly stopped responding, I made an appointment with Phil for the following morning at 9am. I arrived on time, Phil met me in reception, I explained what had happened and he he said he would take a look, 10 minutes later Phil came out with the phone fully working. He then explains that the terminal to the board had dislodged and asked had it been impacted, I had dropped the phone but it’s in a protective case and cover so I didn’t think there was a problem as it had worked. Phil said there was no charge which I thought was very honest and genuine of him as he could have charged me for a new screen and I would have been none the wiser. This is my 2nd time of using Phil and can honestly say it’s fantastic customer service and a genuinely nice bloke.

Took my slow running MAC to Phil one day and got it back the next running so much better , like new in fact . Great friendly service and at a very reasonable cost . Saved me investing in a new machine . Very happy and would highly recommend Apple Repairs Kent .

Took my MacBook to Apple a while to replace battery and fix my trappad, they gave me a quote of £350. Recently found Apple Repairs Kent online and booked the Mac, their service was fast, dropped the machine to them myself and within 24 hours it had been repaired with a new battery and trappad…I know you want to know the bill, it was a £135 for labour and parts! Brilliant service. I highly recommend recommend Apple Repairs Kent. Very professional service, first class👌

I had a charger stuck in the port and I went to Apple repairs Kent. There staff is kind and they do good repairs I had a charging cable stuck and the result and difference was good well done.

After visiting Apple at Bluewater who said my daughter would need a new phone after getting the battery replaced by a 3rd party and the Face ID no longer working after the replacement, I Googled and found Apple Repairs Kent. Took the phone in yesterday for a quick diagnostic check, Phil took the phone and fixed the problem within a few minutes! He wouldn't accept any payment either. Absolutely thrilled and grateful to have found such a superstar who knows what he's doing and he was a lovely chap too! Absolutely would 100% recommend Apple Repairs Kent.

Great communications and service throughout the diagnosis and repair process from Philip. The i-pod was repaired as promised and promptly returned in full working condition, looking as good as it did when the unit was shipped. I strongly recommend this service if you have a problem with your i-pod classic.

I visited Apple Repairs to get the damaged rear glass on my iPhone 12 replaced. Phil explained that he does not just replace the glass but rebuilds the whole phone into a new rear housing. Leaving the phone with them in the morning the job was done and I was able to collect my new looking iphone late that afternoon. Fantastic service from a super friendly and efficient repair shop. Hi this is my 2nd time using Apple repairs Kent both times Phil has been polite and helpful. He is very knowledgeable about finding the fault with my iPad The 1st time was a couple of years ago and the repair was completed within a day as promised and worked perfectly afterwards I now have another issue with same iPad I was quoted a very reasonable price again and I intend to get it booked in for repair in next week
