I arrived on time, Phil met me in reception, I... read more explained what had happened and he he said he would take a look, 10 minutes later Phil came out with the phone fully working. He then explains that the terminal to the board had dislodged and asked had it been impacted, I had dropped the phone but it’s in a protective case and cover so I didn’t think there was a problem as it had worked. Phil said there was no charge which I thought was very honest and genuine of him as he could have charged me for a new screen and I would have been none the wiser. This is my 2nd time of using Phil and can honestly say it’s fantastic customer service and a genuinely nice bloke.

Phil explained that he does not just replace the glass but rebuilds the whole phone... read more into a new rear housing. Leaving the phone with them in the morning the job was done and I was able to collect my new looking iphone late that afternoon. Fantastic service from a super friendly and efficient repair shop.
